Adults'

Intermediate and Advanced Classes

Not a beginner?  We have classes suitable for adults of all ages, for intermediate students, advanced classes for more experienced students, and mixed classes that are suitable for people at all levels.

Because it’s best to train at least 2-3 times a week for optimal skill development and safe, sustainable practice, our program has a range of classes on different days, and a 10% discount on term fees for two or more classes.

If you would like to come to a class on a once-off basis to see if it's just right for you, you can, so long as the course is not fully booked.  Choose the date of the first class you'd like to attend, and then choose whether you'd like to book for just one class or for the full 6-week course (which is much cheaper!)
