Ready to start circus training? 

All Things Circus is playtime for grown-ups.

When we were kids, we couldn't wait to move. 

We jumped on the trampoline all day, climbed trees, and swung on the swings until adults told us we had to stop. 

We didn't do it because it was good for us, but because moving brought us sheer delight.   

In motion was how we were most ourselves, present  and connected.

At CirQuest, we train circus because it feels like that again. 

Circus makes us happy.

If you are ready to start your circus journey, All Things Circus is the very best place to begin.  You'll find your core strength improves every time you come, partly because you'll be working your abs from so much laughing.  Aerial conditioning for upper body strength, handstands, and cardio are all included in a safe, individualized progression, interspersed with skills like hula hoops, acrobalance and juggling.

Fees:  $200 for 6-week course ($180 members)

or $35 drop-in

Adults aerials classes.

If you don't have any circus experience, or a background in dance or gymnastics, we recommend you do at least one All Things Circus course before you enrol in these classes.  

Aerials Beginners 

Develops upper body and core strength. Classes include trapeze, silks, lyra and rope, and are suitable for students with a moderate to good fitness level and some experience of either circus (we recommend at least one course of All Things Circus classes), dance, gymnastics or another similar discipline.

Mondays 6.30-8.00pm OR

Tuesdays 7.30-9.00pm

Fees: $200 for 6-week course ($180 members),

or $35 drop-in

Aerial conditioning

A great class to build the core strength and flexibility required for aerials and acrobatics training at the more advanced levels, with exercises tailored to individuals' goals and needs.

Tuesdays 6.30-8.00pm

Fees: $200 for 6-week course ($180 members),

or $35 drop-in

 

Silks and Rope Intermediate/Advanced

This class is suitable for students with a good fitness level who have completed at least one term of aerials basic classes at CirQuest or another circus school with similar pedagogy.  

Mondays 7.30-9.00pm

Fees: $200 for 6-week course ($180 members),

or $35 drop-in

 

Lyra intermediate/Advanced

Lyra is the aerial ring, and this class is suitable for students with basic skills that are technically excellent.  We recommend students training at this level train at least three times a week, to ensure sustainable practice. 

Tuesdays 7.30-9.00pm 

Fees: $200 for 6-week course ($180 members),

or $35 drop-in

 

Trapeze Intermediate/Advanced

Static trapeze, and doubles trapeze, requires great core strencth and control.  This class is suitable for students with basic skills that are technically excellent.  We recommend students training at this level train at least three times a week, to ensure sustainable practice. 

Wednesdays 6.30-8.00pm 

Fees: $200 for 6-week course ($180 members),

or $35 drop-in

Chinese Pole

Hard core aerial discipline, which builds huge amounts of strength throughout the body and is extremely rewarding to learn.  

Wednesdays 7.30-9.00pm

Fees: $200 for 6-week course ($180 members),

or $35 drop-in

 

Flexibility and core conditioning

A great class to build the core strength and flexibility required for aerials and acrobatics training at the more advanced levels, with exercises tailored to individuals' goals and needs.

Thursdays 7.30-9.00pm

or $35 drop-in

Hard Core conditioning

A great class to build core strength and enable more ease and flow in your other muscle groups for more effortless and graceful movement required for aerials and acrobatics training at the more advanced levels.

Mondays 6.30-8.00pm

or $35 drop-in
